Grapat Is So In
Our newest restock of Grapat has landed here at RVA Naturals and I’m so excited to go on a little deep dive with you about all the fun.
Grapat is a family run business from Catalonia, Spain. The birth of the idea of Grapat started when they watched how their daughter would play with basic, everyday and household objects just as eagerly as any toy. They realized this slow, simple way of play was a driver of a child’s imagination. Grapat creates timeless, open ended toys that are guided by nature.
Loose parts play comes with no specific set of instructions. They are simply materials that can be moved, carried, designed, taken apart and constructed in whatever ways children can dream up. This type of play gives them opportunity to express their imagination, curiosity, and autonomy through play that explores both material and environment.
