***Because I am a small business, I order items from the warehouse as orders come in. Occasionally, items may be out of stock by the time I make my order. In the case of out of stock items, a refund will be given as soon as possible .***

Items will usually be shipped USPS priority but will sometimes be shipped USPS media mail or USPS first class when needed. I do not carry all items in stock so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), you may return them at your expense. You must get in touch with me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days for a refund. Items must be sent back in perfect condition with tags still intact. Returns by customer's choice are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If items returned are damaged in shipping, they will be returned to the customer and no credit will be given.
If it was a mis-ship or a mistake on RVA Naturals' behalf I will be happy to refund your shipping cost as well once received.
CUT YARDAGE, FLUTES, and CHALK CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REFUND/CREDIT.
