To Benefit Toys For Tots

What: Christmas On MacArthur and Santa Parade

Where: On the 4000 Block of MacArthur Ave. on Richmond’s North Side

Jump start your holidays with Christmas on MacArthur, a day of family fun that benefits Toys for Tots. So make sure to bring an unwrapped toy with you. 
Festivities begin with the Santa Parade down the 4000 block of MacArthur Avenue. This year’s parade will feature a Number of participants including Antique cars and hot rods from Still Running, some local hot rods and antique cars, Richmond Flying squirrels own "Nutzy", the 401 Tuition Monster, The Lakeside Trolley, the ACCA Shriners, students of Holton Elementary School, the Richmond Police Departments mounted unit, U.S. Marines, YMCA Indian Princesses Cayuga and Indian Guides Waccamaw Tribes, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, St. Andrews Legion Pipe and drums and the Benedictine cadets, Alpacas, John Marshal high school marching band, Franklin Military's cadets, And much, much more, including a visit from St. Nick who will hear kids’ Christmas wishes after the parade.

Don’t forget: Kids who bring an unwrapped toy can register to win one of six brand new bikes! 
Bands on the stage this year- The Melbays, Janet Martin and Fat Spirit as well as the All Saints School Choir.
Please help us make Christmas better for those who have little by supporting Toys for Tots. Christmas on MacArthur is now one of the largest single donors to Toys for Tots, sponsored annually by the U.S. Marines.
